iParrot Talking Dictionary App Reviews

I downloaded, removed, downloaded and removed this app 3x thinking that it downloaded without the content due to some type of glitch; however, this did not help and the app still doesnt have anything listed under the categories section ..... Am I missing something? If not, then I have to say that this app is completely useless as it has no content.
